Installation Services FAQs

Dealing with electrical connections and water lines can be intimidating. You need to know that your new appliances and fixtures will be installed safely and correctly. We have answered our clients’ top questions regarding disposal, safety checks, and installation requirements so you can move forward with your upgrades confidently.

Do you haul away the old appliances?

We can disconnect and move the old appliance to a curb, dumpster, or garage for you. If you need it completely hauled away from the property, please let us know when requesting a quote so we can arrange for disposal.

Usually, yes. However, standard light boxes are not rated to hold the heavy weight and vibration of a fan. We will likely need to install a “fan-rated box” or a brace in the ceiling to ensure it is safe. We can assess this on-site.

We handle standard gas dryer and range hookups using existing gas lines. If new gas lines need to be run or major plumbing work is required, we will let you know if a specialized master plumber is needed.

Yes, we can install used units. However, please note that we cannot warranty the functionality of the appliance itself, only the quality of our installation labor.

This happens! Sometimes flooring layers make the opening too short. Our carpentry skills allow us to trim cabinetry or adjust flooring if needed to make the new unit fit perfectly.

Typically, the homeowner or property manager purchases the fixture to match their specific style, and we provide the labor to install it. We can supply standard “rental grade” fixtures upon request.
