Do you help with color selection?

Yes! We can recommend popular, modern colors that work well for resale value or rental neutrality. If you have a specific color in mind from a major brand (like Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore), we can match it perfectly.

We ask that you move small breakables and pictures. For larger furniture, we can help move items to the center of the room and cover them with protective plastic sheeting.

We typically recommend two coats for the best durability and true color richness, especially when changing colors. For rental refreshes of the same color, one coat is often sufficient. We will specify this in your bid.

It is generally better to remove wallpaper for a smooth finish, but in some cases, we can seal and paint over it if the wallpaper is firmly adhered. We can assess this during our consultation.

Exterior painting requires dry weather and temperatures generally above 50°F (though some modern paints work in cooler temps). Spring, Summer, and early Fall are the ideal seasons. We schedule indoor work year-round.
